GOOD NEWS….BACON IS GOOD FOR YOU

So says this article in Bon Appetit.  I have to say that I absolutely LOVE bacon. There is nothing better than a BLT.  
Since this weekend is a holiday weekend with Memorial Day this Monday I thought I would post this recipe from Bon Appetit for hamburgers.  It sounds so good.
